Jason came home the other night and wanted to take the kids fishing. I'm not sure if he was being super Dad or just wanted to see fish and used taking them with him as an excuse, but either way it was a BONUS for me. A little time at home to clean up, relax and make my hubby a nice dinner.
Jay forgot the camera, but always has his phone ready to take pictures. Mostly of the fish he catches, but of us too =)
Thank goodness he had his phone the other night because Kyle caught and reeled in his FIRST BASS!!! No, not a sun fish....he has conquered that quest, a BASS! It was a proud moment for Daddy!!! OK, I was psyched too =)
Wondering how Hailey did? She was there too. Though she didn't cast, catch and reel in on her own she participated and I know in no time at all will be independently fishing alongside her Dad.
I love that little moments can bring such big happiness =)
