She oohs and aahs

Hailey is changing a little more every day. She is so strong. It may come from having to defend herself from her big brother. Don't misunderstand Mom and Dad do all we can to protect our princess girl, but her brother is quick! He will go from sweet and gentle to whacking her in the head in one foul swoop! She takes it like a champ though, she has not cried yet =). She is also beginning to ooh and ahh when she hears my voice. I feel like we are starting to girl talk a bit. She is such a little girl, such a princess. We really are blessed.

Top Teeth Suck!

Kyle has been teething for a while now. He has the 4 top front teeth coming in, and it SUCKS! May 26th the first one broke through..FINALLY. After hours of screaming and crying and pain. My poor little guy. The bottom teeth seemed uncomfortable at times; but these top teeth are accompanied by fever and pain. I try not to medicate him unless he needs it but Baby Tylenol seems to do the trick. Of course all the teething tips work at times too. What Kyle seems to like best is frozen binkies/towels. When he eats I give him a whole wheat bagel that was in the fridge, or chilled fruit..he enjoys apples and watermelon most; it seems to feel good biting into that, and he'll eat a bit =)

Kyle's Climbing

As if DESTROYING the house is not enough of a talent Kyle is now climbing! He has been able to do this for about 3 1/2 weeks now. He mastered it just after we brought Hailey home from the hospital. I am a little delayed in my blogs =) Here are a few pictures I captured of my little monster....LOVE HIM!
