It is the most innocent and mundane moments in life we tend to forget. Why? Because they are forgettable, nothing special things that just occur in our everyday lives.
I have learned through my children to finally take heed of my grandmothers advice and never take any moment for granted and to stop always looking at and thinking about the future because what matters, what really matters is the NOW.
That is why I blog. Yes, I love sharing my thoughts and feelings with those who actually read my blog. Yes, I have heard from people that they like reading my blog because they think its funny, or it makes them feel like "they aren't the only one" dealing with a certain situation; OR they actually learn a new trip or trick from me or through my mistakes.
But, the REAL reason I blog is to never forget the little moments in life. So, I will be able to look back in 5,10,15 years and read about our first night in Falmouth with my brother and his family. When we went for our first walk through down town, got some ice cream and then went to the playground.
See, I never would have found that in my everyday memory file, but now, I will never forget it.
I love absorbing life, and I really enjoy blogging about it, so I will always have it =)
