This past weekend I went away to celebrate my cousins bachelorette party. It was a party! I had a BLAST! But this blog isn't about me and my crazy moments its about my little ones.
They stayed home with Daddy for the weekend. I was admittedly very nervous about leaving. Not that I don't trust my husband with our kids. Of course I do. BUT I have never left the 3 of them together for more than a few hours.
I was nervous: will they eat 3 meals? Will they be somewhat healthy? Will they drive one another NUTS?
I have to say I had NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT! The kids had a ton of fun with Dad. The best part the 3 of them are a lot closer. They want daddy to snuggle with them now, and give them tubbies. Whats better....he WANTS to do it!
I have to go away more often! In the very least I have to have a special girls weekend AWAY at least once a year. I know my family will be OK. Its good for them to bond and its healthy for me to get away!
