Father's Day

For Father's Day we all went down to Falmouth to spend the day with Jay's Dad.  It was a day full of family, sun, and love.

While Jay and Ron hit the ocean to do some fishing it was a walk downtown for Brightie, me and the babes.  There were tents set up and musical performers. With the sun in the sky, tables and chairs set up and an opportunity to relax and enjoy the only thing that could make the day even better: ice cream.

Once Kyle and Hailey finished their Oreo ice cream (I am not even sure they recognize there are indeed other flavors out there) it was off to the playground.

I was absolutely amazed at all the things Kyle was balancing on and climbing up without any fear or help.

On the way back to the house there was a snake set up for all to see.

Kyle was absolutely captivated,

and kept sharing with me how "Daddy doesn't like snakes, Blach!"  In fact he has not stopped talking about snakes since.

Then it was off to the marina to meet Daddy and Grandpa.

It was a short ride, but Kyle LOVED it!! Hailey was a little nervous at first, but soon came around and really enjoyed herself.

I just hope Jason enjoyed his Father's Day.  A little time with his Dad.  A little break from the kids.  Topped off with some snuggle time and love from them.

As for me, I savored every second of Father's Day.  Especially the end of the day where I got to watch Jason do what he does best: be a Daddy and love his family.

Happy Father's Day Jay. I Love You! =)
