Our holiday season was very special this year and full of fun events. Our Christmas celebrations began a week before Christmas with our annual family/friend x-mas party.
My pictures were limited, where I was the hostess of the event, but it was a great afternoon spent with family, friends and Santa =)
Can you believe our tree? Isn't it beautiful? Can you believe all the presents? Most of them were actually NOT for us, but for our families. It is better to give than to receive =)
Christmas Eve was a calm and familial morning. We took our time getting ready and loading the gifts, and Kyle and Hailey had a little fun with reindeer antlers in their x-mas eve outfits. Next we did what we have done my entire life; we went to my grandmothers for an Italian feast to celebrate the holiday...
which includes a lobster course (which I do not partake). Kyle was very intrigued.
And later that night Santa came for a visit.....
I always loved Christmas growing up, but now I have a new love for Christmas. The spirit of my children! I had so much fun shopping, and putting everything together to see their little faces Christmas morning. It brought a new spirit and a new meaning to the day. This year was fun, and I know as the years pass it is just going to be more and more fun.
Christmas day was full of fun, food, gifts, family and love. What more could we have asked for?
I am so grateful to have the people we have in our lives. I feel so blessed to have my husband and my children. It truly was a merry Christmas
